Where are you from and where are you now?
Originally from the UK but predominantly Canadian, currently living in Toronto.
What you were doing before joining UNICEF?
Before joining UNICEF I worked for 6 years at Mozilla, briefly at the Foundation but primarily at the Corporation (think Firefox) leading the Community Development Team.
What has been your biggest success in your role at UNICEF?
The adoption and growth of the DPG Standard which was one of the first projects I worked on when I joined the team continues to feel like a huge success to me. It was well thought out with a rigorous, transparent process and I love that it's continuing to evolve and improve.
What was your dream job when you were a child?
I wanted to be a film director. I guess I've always loved trying to control big messy projects.
What is your hidden skill/talent?
Singing - karaoke only.
