Dr. Stéphanie Dominique Amida Nama, 33, is the Co-Founder of KAIROS, a healthtech and preventive-health education startup in Burkina Faso. A medical doctor and public health specialist, she has over eight years of experience leading humanitarian and development programmes across West and Central Africa.
She previously coordinated a €5M climate-resilience project for UNFPA, and has been engaged with ThinkWell Institute, Women in Global Health, and several international organisations on health access equity, gender-transformative health strategies, and policy reforms.
Her work focuses on health literacy, digital trust, preventive care, climate resilience, and youth leadership. Through KAIROS, she uses emerging technologies and human-centred design to democratize prevention and promote a shift from disease-focused systems to proactive well-being cultures.
She is recognized for empowering women and young people as agents of change and for her leadership in multisectoral coordination and resilient health systems.
